The Committee on Science and Education upholds the bill on amendments to the Law “On State Procurement” (re simplifying the procedure of procurement of certain goods for educational establishments)

The bill (Reg. No. 2055) suggests not apply the scope of the Law “On State Procurement” if the subject of procurement are the goods (food products) that are procured for pre-school educational establishments, secondary schools and educational establishments for citizens in need of social assistance and rehabilitation of state and municipal ownership.
